PUT OUT YOUR PRETTIEST PLATE FOR YOURSELF!

ADD: ONE CUP OF GRAPE TOMATOES

PILE ON SOME BABY CARROTS - ABOUT ONE CUP

ADD SOME CELERY STICKS - ABOUT ONE CUP - AND ANOTHER CUP OR TWO OF COOKED CAULIFLOWER THAT'S BEEN CHILLED AND MAYBE SOME COOKED CHILLED BROCCOLI AS WELL.
JUST DIP THIS INTO YOUR FAVORITE SOUR-CREAM/CHIVE DIP, AND
ADD A CUP OF GRAPES

ENJOY A LOW-CALORIE DINNER OF 500 CALORIES
(unless you add a big bowl of chili to it....)
6 OUNCES OF WHITE WINE - NOW IT'S 560 CALORIES
